Metal Gear Solid HD Collection For Vita Won’t Have Peace Walker

Metal Gear Solid HD Collection was announced officially for the PS Vita, and some footage of it was shown the past few days but specifically for MGS2 and 3. It appears that this HD collection will not have Peace Walker bundled with it like the console counterpart. More after the break.

Via GameTrailers:

The MGS HD package does include Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. It also features “optimized controls designed to take full advantage of the PlayStation Vita system touchscreen capabilities” the power of Kojima Productions’ “Transfarring”–letting players swap save data between the PlayStation 3 and Vita versions of the collection.

While Peace Walker is not on the official list of supported PSP games playable on Vita, we’ve heard reports that it does work. So, there’s comfort in that.

I think that’s because its already available in the PSP store. Anyways, MGS on the go is a great idea but not something that would make many people buy a Vita especially since it is on consoles since February.

But anyways, more games is always good.
