This is basically a developer diary which details the important additions to The Witcher 2.0 which is coming on the 29th of September, for F-R-E-E.

If you and The Witcher 2 have had a bumpy relationship since its release, things will get better soon. CD Projekt announced at Gamescom today that Witcher 2.0 will be releasing on the PC September 29, and this update will include a new tutorial system, a new “Dark Mode” difficulty setting, and also a survival mode called “Arena” which of course features constant waves of increasingly difficult enemies. At least now you’ll know exactly how to kill said enemies with the Tutorial mode.
More good news–everything mentioned above will also be included in the Xbox 360′s version of The Witcher 2, which as of now is scheduled to release in Q1 2012.
