Guys, leave my comment the last. I hope this episode is longer then the rest, lol.

I love DLC, don’t get me wrong, especially if done right. It’s a great tool to extend your already “Complete” keyword: “Complete” game by the developers and they could extend or add side stories to it. DLC should be something that gets worked on months later after the game releases and then they release it, Day 1 DLC and on disk DLC is just insulting not just to us as customers but as gamers and human beings, do they see us that dumb?

Most genre of games never have popular DLC because it is

1) Not forcing you to get it

2) Thank’s to video streaming sites or wiki you could get to see/read the story without getting the DLC if you feel like not paying.

It is mostly a choice by gamers to get it or not, unlike what Crapcom is doing with their fighting fans. They are locking not 1 or 2 but 12 characters on disk. What’s sad is that the fighting fan that loves to be in tournaments and up to date in the scene will get the worst part of the deal if he didn’t pay for the characters. Crapcom knows most of their fans are forced and the one’s who deny paying will get shafted because many other are buying so, they end up buying it just to be with the scene.

This is the problem, not many people are voting with their wallets and saying no, i won’t buy. Buying DLC made from such business tactics only hurts gaming, hurts people who want to LOVE their fighting games and just encourage them to do even worse weather its Crapcom or any other developer who get’s an idea from them, this is why Crapcom never stops doing what their doing with their fighting games. What’s funny is that Vita has all the characters for free, lol.

So far only Crapcom and Bioware ripped off from the game development cycle DLC’s only to be sold later as day 1, it is worst when developers state that the game finished and is in authentication process only then for hackers to find the complete or some of the DLC on disk, lol :S then they start with the excuses.

History have shown that when the customer votes with their wallets or very negative loud outcry, their will always be change. Mass effect 3 ending changing is proof, Windows live on PC being subscription free is another proof,  Xenoblade chronicles being localized in NA.etc Saying stuff like pointless and nothing will change then complain about it only in the end to buy it, is just facepalm worthy.

Then you have stuff that shouldn’t even be DLC. I mean where did the old times go? when you must play the game to unlock new stuff such as alternative clothes, special stuff, colors.etc When i see fighting games it needs to be jam packed because other then the fighters what is to a fighting game and making combos?(Story is always non-existant in fighting games, only MK has a really good story mode to my surprise) One could argue that other games also release useless stuff as DLC like Uncharted multiplayer skins for example but as you see, the game has so much to offer SP and MP wise that something like that will barely get that popular and most importantly it’s the choice by the player to get it. The most important thing that it is not day 1 DLC or on disk, which means developers worked on it to make it work months later after the game released.

That’s because, in my opinion, some people have no problem with buying such stuff as long as people are negative and loud about it then we would have seen Crapcoms alternative clothes available for free on disk with the game itself. Not just because someone can make DLC they should make anything DLC. I am afraid in the future they make the options in a game as DLC. Remember, all the developers are a business, if they loose money they change or else their company will fall to the ground. 

DLC when done right is a great value to your game. Like, GTA & Read dead redemption DLC, Fallout DLC, Battlefield Bad Company 2: vietnam DLC, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion shivering isles, Borderlands, Bioshock 2: Minerva’s Den, Resident evil 5 (The episodes, not the MP which was on disk by the way, lol thank god not the episodes) and much more. Not to mention they are REASONABLY priced.

Developers should read the word DLC. Down-loadable-Content and not Disk-locked-content or Day – 1 – content. When i pay 60$ for a game, i want a complete experience, I don’t want to pay more than 60$ just to complete my game. That is all, i dont like being ripped off and i won’t support DLC’s like that in any shape or form because it will just make a bad influence in gaming as a whole.

With 20$, i could get the Journey or any other PSN/XBLA game. I could get a year old full game for less then 20$, i could go to the movies, i could order food and eat, i could support indie developers. I could do many things than support bad business decisions. Not only they are bad business decisions but they are also overpriced for what they offer. Always see the value in what a developer offer in a DLC versus many other things that are in that price and you could see just how some developers (especially Crapcom) overprice their DLC ripped off from the development room AND stuff that are not worth even being DLC (like colors, clothes.etc)

In the end many other things are worth it more than DLC with bad business tactics behind it(That is why also some publishers want games to be digital only to avoid bad word of mouth and 6ooo6 like that which is sad because for me it’s always physical over digital copies unless there is no way to get the physical game)  Most importantly, many other developers and indie developers deserve that money.

I hope more gamer’s start voting with their wallets rather than just words. That is all.

اول شي اشكركم على المجهود شباب

وبالنسبه لي وبما اني من الي يلعب اللعاب مغامرات مره وحده ويقطها  يعني الدي ال سي ما يهمني حيل

ما اذكر ان مره فكرة اني اشتري اصلا لان بشكل عام اشوفه شي ما يسوى بالاغالب على المبلغ الي تدفعه

بشكل عام ما اشتري لان انا اغلب شي اللعاب مغامرات او كورة قدم

لم اخلص لعبه اخذة مني 15ساعه ويقولي رد اللعابها على شان عطيناك لبس شكله غير او سلاحين اضافين قوتهم مو خياليه 

اقول لهم اسف ويكفي عطيتكم فلوس الشريط والي اغلى منه وقت من حياتي :)

اما الاضافات في اللعاب التنافسيه والقتاليه فما اقدر احكم لاني مو من اهل اللعاب هذي :(

1. اتخليني ارجع وأجرب شغلات يديدة في اللعبة

2. معطيني خيار اني اقدر أتعمق زيادة باللعبة من
ناحية القصة و ألخ

3. يبين لنا ان الدفلوبرز مهتمين حق احنا الفانس
و حق اللعبة

4. دائما اتخلي اللعبة مطورة وتنلعب لفترات طويلة
مثل وورلد أوف ووركرافت و كول أوف ديوتي

5. أضافة شغلات يديدة باللعبة و تعديل عيوبها
