Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest – Bloody Tears
Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest – Dwelling Of Doom
Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow – Castle Corridor

    Super Mario Bros

    LOL everybody’s favorite xD

    Legend of Zelda:

The Legend of Zelda – Overworld
Zelda II The Adventure of Link – Palace Theme

What makes me love 8-bit music is that it’s distinguishable and unique :D when someone hears it he’s ought to know its from a video game :D but if you hear today’s games OST’s you wouldn’t tell the difference whether its from a movie or a game :D

My favorite music of the 8-bit era was mostly from the Megaman series. I also liked the Contra soundtrack. Sadly, most of my digitized-music memory is reserved to the 16-bit era where I found most of Sega’s games soundtracks amazing such as Shinobi 3, but that isn’t what we’re covering this time. :)
