Hopefully, It would be able to max it out. 30 – 60 FPS is ok with me, with what i am reading i don’t think i’ll leave it at a constant 60FPS. However, saying that, Rockstar are known for un-optimized PC ports :/
After all that is said and done, i can’t wait for the game!
