Lineup For Super Battle Opera 2012 Confirmed, May Be The Last

Tougeki, as it is also traditionally known as, will be taking place this year with mostly newer games in the lineup, however, 3rd Strike is back to prove that it is an ageless game. New entries like Persona 4: Arena makes the cut. Hit the jump to check out the rest!

The game lineup and player entries:

• Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Unlimited 2v2
• Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition v2012 3v3
• Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena 1v1
• Aquapazza 2v2
• Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown 3v3
• Street Fighter 3 3rd Strike 3v3

Due to complaints, the event this year will NOT take place at Tokyo Game Show, so they’ll be moving the event to a different location.

Sadly, this year’s Tougeki could be the last one.
