It comes to no surprise at all when Activision announces a new Call of Duty game. This time though Modern Warfare 3 is the game they’re talking about since the rumors that came about last year were about the development of a Call of Duty spin-off, to be developed by Sledgehammer Games that would put the franchise in a Sci-Fi-come-space-shooter perspective. The next game though is dated for a November release, as usual, but this time developed by none other than Sledgehammer Games and Infinity Ward both covering the single-player aspect of the game, while the multiplayer component is to be done by Raven Software (those who brought you X-Men Origins: Wolverine). Let’s hope it doesn’t turn out to be a mess like Black Ops when it was first released.
