A much needed update for the Arcade version of The King of Fighters XIII was announced. Details regarding the fixes weren’t covered but you can tell that they would be removing infinites, bugs and glitches found in the game. The better news is that the update is provided free for arcade operators who have already purchased the original build of the game. SNK Playmore have yet to announce a console release for the game but it will eventually happen. The question is “when?”.

The game got patched and ready to roll. The update comes as a free HDD update for arcade operators that purchased the kit. Early reports say that infinites and bugs were removed, however; the game balance seems to be unchanged. Its great to see that the game got updated.
