4Gamer uploaded a 10 minute video for Gust’s upcoming PS Vita game, Ciel nosurge Concerto. The game seems to play more like a visual novel and focuses on voice acting and choice selection. Definitely not for the regular tastes. Video after the break.
It is very interesting to see these kinds of games being made, especially with Gust’s repertoire of making games for a very niche audience and continue to port them even to the West. Although no release date was confirmed for a Western release, you can expect NIS America to (hopefully) get you covered. The music is worth noting, sounds really good.

I think I’m going to break my oath and get this one in JP. Don’t want to ruin such a wonderful game with ENG voices, no matter how good they are… Yeah I’m a japanophile, sue me.
