Ed Boon (Mortal Kombat) and Cliff Bleszinski (Gears of War) have been at it on Twitter recently, hinting at adding a Gears of War character to the upcoming Mortal Kombat game. Here are the tweets:

Adding something like Marcus Fenix to the Mortal Kombat roster does do the trick, and was easy to guess if true. Anyways, great move by the devs in question!
Could this be the Gears of War related announcement that got postponed before the Spike TV VGA’s? Hmmm.
