Arika seems to be experimenting with their proprietary characters from the old Street Fighter EX and Fighting Layer franchises (as seen in the screenshots above featuring Kairi, Hokuto, Blair, etc.) on the 3DS. It seems like they’re in plans of making a new Fighting Layer again. Hopefully the animations look better than before as they kind of were horrible back then. Anyways it’s nice to see some old fighting game franchises rise up from the ashes now that the fighting game scene is back in full-blast.
