Namco are producing a CG Tekken movie, which is scheduled to be released this summer! Here are some details from iPlayWinner:
Ever watch the Tekken intros and think to yourself “man, they should just go ahead and make a full length film out of these?” No? It’s just me? Well, either way Namco just released a trailer for their upcoming full length CG movie titled Tekken: Blood Vengeance! Not too much is known at this point about the movie, but it is directed by Youichi Mouri who put together all the opening cinematics for both Tekken 5 and Tekken 6: BR and is slated for a Summer 2011 release.
I hope it covers for the disaster that was the live-action movie…
